Singapore is definitely a city I will never forget!
Schalk and I only had a few hours in Singapore, as it was our layover on our way to New Zealand where we had a destination wedding. At first, I was a bit negative because of our long layover, but after reading up about the city I got really excited.
It feels like you are in the future, from the public transport to the creative buildings to their next level of technology. Everything works, and everything is efficient. If it weren’t for the humidity I would definitely consider moving there.
The other thing that really stood out was the friendliness of the people. They are so kind and helpful.
Free day pass.
Did you know you can get out of the airport with a free day pass for free? They even have a free day and night tours. It’s amazing!
The Junior Olympics
My handsome hubby is not just a pretty face, this guy represented South Africa in the Junior Olympics in 2010 in Singapore. It was amazing being there and seeing his name and photo on the wall. #proudwifey
